FAQ

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Rooms are guaranteed by 3 pm; Check-out time is by 11am. On the day of arrival and on the day of departure you can still use the services and areas in the hotel. A courtesy shower is available for guests who arrive in the morning or spend the rest of the day at the hotel after check-out.

What are the meal times?

Breakfast is from 7.30 to 10.30; The à la carte restaurant is open for lunch from 12.30 to 2.00, while in the summer months from 2.00 to 5.00, our kitchen serves a light menu: "Light Lunch". The "La Veranda" gourmet restaurant is open every evening from 7.00 to 9.00 with the exception of when special events are organized during the week around the pool or on our "La Vista" terrace.

What credit cards are accepted?

We accept all types of credit cards, except American Express and Diners Club.

Is there internet access?

Wi-fi is free for guests in the public areas and in the rooms, or use our 2 internet points where there is also a printer.

Where can I park?

We have a private car park which can be accessed by hotel guests who have a card

Do you have a gluten-free menu?

Yes, we offer gluten-free products at breakfast and our gourmet menu has been designed to also offer delicious dishes to those who have this special need. Let us know about your needs before you arrive.

What are the gym times?

Access is free for our adult guests and is open from 8 am to 8 pm.

Are there laundry facilities?

Yes, there is a daily service. In the rooms there is a bag which can be filled and given to the chambermaids; the laundry will be returned as soon as possible and the cost will be automatically charged to the room.

Are pets allowed?

We welcome four-legged guests. For a pleasant stay for them, for the owners and for other guests, we welcome a limited number. Please contact us for availability for the period required and to receive a copy of the house rules. You can also book a dog sitting service and near the hotel there is also a pet shop.

I need to leave before the departure date given, do I have to pay a penalty?

The customer is responsible for the entire amount of the booked stay. If early departure is necessary, please promptly notify the booking office so as to give the possibility to resell the night or nights vacated. When checking out, the cost of the nights that the room is left empty will be charged to the account.

When do I have to pay? And how?

Generally, all bookings must be guaranteed by a non-refundable deposit, payable by bank transfer or credit card. The amount of the deposit varies according to the lenght of the stay and will be indicated during the booking process. The remaining amount will be paid on site the night before departure or the morning of departure by 11am. The reception desk is open from 7.30 am to 11.00pm. In the case of special or prepaid rates different conditions will be applied.

Do you have a private beach?

No, but the lake is about 200 m away and you can find beaches with facilities nearby. Our hotel has beautiful gardens and 4 swimming pools covering a total area of about 1000 square meters.

Do children have a special area where they can play?

Although the hotel does not have a special area for children, it provides safe and suitable environments for them. They will find the ideal place for their games in our parks, tropical gardens or 4 swimming pools. The Sun Baby Pool has been designed so that there is a section where entry into the water is gradual, just like at the beach. The pools are supervised, however parents must look after their children.

What services do you offer to children?

When booking please inform us of what you will need so that when you arrive you can find waiting for you in your room a cot (max 120cm height, approximately for those up to about 2 y.o., there is a surcharge), side rails,
electric kettle, baby monitor. High chairs are available at the restaurant. Moreover, strollers and bikes with child seats are at your disposal.

Do you cook baby meals?

The maitre d' and the chef are available for all your requirements or special needs. In addition, the Gourmet Restaurant "La Veranda del Color" has a dedicated menu section for them.

Do people who are not in-house guests use the pools?

No, just hotel guests have access to the pools.
