ColorTeam: an expanding dynamic community

In the kaleidoscopic world of ColorHotel, a world in which hospitality and creativity are naturally entwined, we’re both happy and proud to announce the professional achievements of three members of our team: Fabio, Alessandro and Davide. More than just a place to stay, the ColorHotel is a dynamic community where we believe strongly in personal and professional growth. As the ColorHotel continues to grow, so too does its team, a team that represents the very soul of the hotel.

Our commitment to people goes beyond simple service: we celebrate this value with enthusiasm, helping our young people to blossom and to develop their talent to their maximum potential. More than just a destination, we are also determined to be a training ground for growth, innovation and personal fulfilment.

And the achievements of Fabio, Alessandro and Davide are tangible testaments to this commitment. We asked each of them for their views on working at the ColorHotel and how they plan to use their energy and passion to contribute to the hotel’s future.

Fabio, Resident Manager

Fabio, our brilliant Bookings Manager, will take on a new role as Resident Manager alongside General Manager Signor Manetti. Bringing his own young and fresh touch to the role, his dedication and outlook promise to imbue the team with a vibrant new energy.

When asked how he felt about the recent announcement and the new challenge, he responded: ‘It’s undoubtedly an important moment in terms of my personal and professional growth, set against the Color backdrop, which is always stimulating and constantly evolving. I am grateful to the company and Claudio Manetti, the General Manager, for their trust in me; thanks also to the ColorTeam for all the collaboration and discussion that have supported my development in recent years. And finally, thanks to our ColorGuests: nothing could thrill me more than the relationship established with the guests and the knowledge that they are happy. As for the future, my wish would be to continue to maintain the Color’s trademark style and increasingly strengthen our position as the custodians of hospitality on wonderful Lake Garda.’

Fabio will pass on the position of Booking Manager to colleague Michela Monis, who has been part of the ColorTeam since 2022 and has demonstrated her ability to successfully take over the reins in the booking office.

Alessandro, Food & Beverage Manager

Alessandro, our Head Barman, assumes the role of Food & Beverage Manager, leading our ever-expanding gastronomic offering. His enthusiastic message is an invitation to all our guests to share the new chapter of the ColorTeam with him.

‘I’m thrilled to have joined a new class of ColorTeam. I’ll be completely immersed and involved on a personal level so that we can deliver to our guests the holiday they deserve, at the same time maintaining and improving the quality of our culinary offering and providing consistently excellent service, in true unique Color style. I wish everyone a good start to the year and can’t wait to see you again in the spring.’

Davide, Capo Barman

Finally, Davide, who is currently second Barman at Deja Blu, will take on the role of Head Barman, overseeing the management of the Sunbay and Bamboo Bar day bars, together with the seductive Deja Blu. His determination to create extraordinary experiences is palpable: he promises us a season full of surprises and delight.

Davide, are you ready for the next season, as Head Barman?

‘Yes, I’m both extremely proud and also excited about the start of this new experience. Currently, during holiday time and while the hotel is closed, I’ll be trying to take advantage of these two months before the opening to come up with some new creations, ready to amaze you! My journey with Alessandro during previous seasons at the ColorHotel has been important and certainly formative, a journey of continuous growth and collaboration which led to the opening of Deja Blu. Now, after its launch and opening on 1 December 2023, I feel really inspired about creating more new experiences and introducing you to the wonders of Deja Blu!’
