ColorFestival: four days to enjoy together

Some stays stay with you for the comfort of the bed, the atmosphere of a particular dinner, or the unexpected beauty of a view. And then there are those you remember above all for the people you met and the experiences you shared.

The ColorFestival, taking place from 22 to 25 October, was born from this very idea.

For four days, ColorHotel becomes more than just a place to stay. Guests and the ColorTeam share experiences, passions, flavours and little discoveries. It’s a chance to come together, try something you may never have done before, head out to explore the local area together and, above all, get to know one another.

Here’s what’s in store.

Thursday: it all begins with a toast

Every festival needs a moment that says: here we are, we’ve arrived. Ours will be at the Deja Blu Bar, where we’ll come together for a welcome aperitif.

It’s the first chance to meet the other guests and the members of the ColorTeam who will be with you throughout the weekend. A drink, a few delicious bites, the first conversations and a sense of anticipation for what the days ahead will bring.

Friday: creative workshops and new discoveries

Friday is dedicated to the Color Lab. Behind the bar, in the kitchen and throughout the hotel are people whose passions, knowledge and talents guests would normally only see reflected in what they create.During ColorFestival, they’ll be the ones sharing them with you.

The workshops led by the ColorTeam will give you the chance to get involved first-hand, have a go, learn something new and, above all, have fun. Some activities will take place in the kitchen, others behind the bar, while others will introduce you to a variety of skills and passions.

There’s no need to be an expert – quite the opposite. All you need is the desire to give it a try..

Saturday: stepping outside Color

After discovering a little more about the people who work at ColorHotel, Saturday is the time to discover the place they call home. We’ll set off together with Giovanna, our Guest Experience Manager, on an excursion to explore Lake Garda and its surroundings. Not just the best-known places, but also trails, stories, details and fascinating insights that will allow you to see the area through the eyes of those who live here every day.

And when we return, there’ll be a surprise waiting for us: the Pop Up Lunch.

A relaxed, convivial lunch where guests and the ColorTeam sit down together, and the flavours of the region become another way to share stories. Regional recipes, stories, ingredients and people, all gathered around the same table. Perhaps this is the true heart of ColorFestival: discovering a place through the people who call it home.

Sunday: before we say goodbye

After four days, it’s time to say goodbye – but at ColorFestival, even farewells deserve a little celebration. We’ll come together for one last toast and the cutting of the cake, alongside our guests and the ColorTeam.

It will be a chance to look back on everything we’ve experienced, exchange a few final smiles, perhaps promise to meet again, and take home something that won’t fit in your suitcase: the memories of the people you’ve met.

A different way of coming together

ColorFestival was created to bring people together. To get to know the people who prepare breakfast each morning, who dream up cocktails, who cook, and who know the trails around the lake. To learn something from one another, because hospitality is all about people.
