The wine list features Italian and international labels, carefully selected by our sommelier, and invites you to linger a little longer and follow the story all the way to the end without glancing at the time once.

Then there is a more spontaneous rhythm, which begins with a cocktail at the Deja Blu Bar and shifts naturally as the evening moves on. A conversation that stretches out, the urge to order something from the bistro menu without having to leave the same unhurried atmosphere. Davide, Andrea, and Pamela will guide you through the new cocktail list, sharing the ingredients, ideas, inspirations, and small details that make every drink something that lingers well beyond the first sip.

At the Deja Blu Bar, this journey of discovery is brought to life through the Food Pairing experience, a collaboration between the Head Barman and the Chef where the cocktail provides the starting point and the kitchen has the final say. The drinks set the tone here: aromas, textures, temperatures and ingredients come together in a sequence of four cocktails and four courses, each one enhancing the others and revealing unexpected nuances with every bite. Every Thursday evening until September, the Deja Blu Event returns with live music and the sight of the lake's light slowly shifting before your eyes. The evening's elegance makes it an experience that you will never forget. We invite you to experience the Deja Blu Journey: a menu ranging from aperitifs to desserts, accompanied by a cocktail — which is also available without alcohol — or wine. These are designed to complement every moment of the evening, right up to the point when you find yourself dancing under the stars.
