You can ask our repeater guests or even the ones coming for the first time… what we find from our feedback forms and talking with them, is that, what the majority of them value the most (apart from the wonderful pools) is the extreme cleanliness and accuracy that we put in preparing the rooms and in takinf care of the details.
There are so many environments and rooms in Color Hotel, and we are no Wonder Woman… So, who can explain our secret? It is as simple as that: we love what we do, and we do it right. It may sound as taken for granted but it does make a difference doing something as it would be for yourself or for your loved ones, and placing that extra bit of affection in your actions.
Starting from preparing the room with great care, looking at it through the “eyes of the guests”, placing a small welcome gift, remembering the guest preferences and following them along with their habits to let her feel special, celebrating birthdays or a significant anniversary… Everything turns around the guest as it is natural, but never in a predictable way: instead, we use creativity and intuition to “listen” to the guests’ need, since we do believe that those are essential qualities in this department.
